Solsken was founded on the idea of project management as not just a service, but as an integral part of the project delivery process. We strive to understand this underlying and defining question of project success to set REAL goals and expectations to deliver on. Success not just found along the way, it is built from the beginning.
Solsken takes the lead to build and integrate all team members and goals of a project into a cohesive machine that works together in the same direction to deliver projects beyond the clients expectations. We continuously review and adhere to budget and schedule constraints during this integration process as well as throughout the life of the project to maintain a positive direction. We begin any engagement by developing and understanding the client project goals not just at project delivery but also for the operating life of the lease or anticipated use period to help inform the right decisions. Approaching projects from the Big Picture helps ensure that delivering “Success” for the client is always the target.
Once we have targeted the “successful” project goals, Solsken then leads the process of taking those goals and setting expectations for the client and the clients leadership; as well as using those to build and direct for the rest of the project team as they come on board. Having this solid foundatione for the project has helped past clients and project teams deliver “success” even in the most challenging circumstances.
